HoneyFil refund policy

Sixty days from the purchase date, and how to use them.

HoneyFil carries a 60-day satisfaction promise. The terms below describe the seller's policy as published at the time of writing. The wording that governs your order is the wording on the seller's own checkout and confirmation email, and that is where to look if the two ever differ.

The HoneyFil window, and when it starts

Sixty days, counted from the original purchase date — not from the day the parcel arrives. That distinction is easy to skim past and worth sitting with: transit time comes out of your sixty days, so a package that takes a week to reach you leaves fifty-three.

Starting a refund

Contact the seller's support team inside the window and ask to begin the process. Support is US-based. Have the order number from your confirmation email ready, along with the address the order shipped to.

What to expect after that

  • Support confirms the order and explains what, if anything, needs to be returned
  • Any return address is issued by support — do not send a parcel back without one, or it may not be traceable to your order
  • The refund is issued to the original payment method
  • Card issuers usually take several business days to show the credit after the seller releases it

Shipping charges

The three- and six-bottle packages include free shipping inside the United States, so there is nothing to refund on that line. On the two-bottle package shipping is added at checkout; whether it is refundable is set by the seller's policy, and support can confirm it against your order.

What this site cannot do

honeeyfil.com publishes information. It does not take payments, hold order records, ship anything or issue refunds, and it has no access to your order. Sending a refund request here will only cost you time. The seller's support address in your confirmation email is the one that can act.

Cancelling before dispatch

If an order has not yet shipped, support may be able to cancel it outright, which is quicker than a refund after delivery. That is worth asking about early rather than waiting.

Subscriptions

There are none. HoneyFil is sold as a one-time purchase, with no auto-renewal and nothing to remember to cancel later.
