One address, and a clear line between what we can answer and what only the seller can.

One address covers everything this site can help with. It is read by the people who write these pages, not by the seller's order desk, and the difference matters for how quickly you get a useful answer.

[email protected]

Replies usually go out within two business days. There is no telephone line and no live chat on this site.

What this address can settle

  • A question about something written on these pages
  • A correction — a price that has moved, a term that has changed, a broken link
  • A question about what the eight named ingredients are
  • A question about how the affiliate disclosure works

What has to go to the seller instead

Anything tied to a specific order lives with the seller, because this site never sees it. That covers:

  • Where a parcel is and when it will arrive
  • Changing a delivery address after checkout
  • Starting or chasing a refund under the 60-day promise
  • A charge you do not recognise on a card statement

The seller's support address arrives with the order confirmation email. It is the fastest route for all of the above, and it is the only route that can actually act on an order.

Before you write about HoneyFil itself

The questions section on the homepage answers the ten that come up most, and the ingredients page goes through the formula one entry at a time. If the answer is not in either, the address above is open.

Two questions we cannot answer, and why

Two come up often enough to be worth heading off. The first is how many milligrams of a given ingredient are in a serving. We do not know, because no itemised breakdown has been published, and we would rather tell you that than guess at a number that would read as authoritative. The Supplement Facts panel on the bottle is the source, and it is the only one.

The second is whether HoneyFil is suitable alongside something a doctor has prescribed you. That is a question for the person who wrote the prescription and who knows your history. Nobody reading email on this side of a website is in a position to answer it, and anyone who tries should be ignored.
