What has to go to the seller instead
Anything tied to a specific order lives with the seller, because this site never sees it. That covers:
- Where a parcel is and when it will arrive
- Changing a delivery address after checkout
- Starting or chasing a refund under the 60-day promise
- A charge you do not recognise on a card statement

Two questions we cannot answer, and why
Two come up often enough to be worth heading off. The first is how many milligrams of a given ingredient are in a serving. We do not know, because no itemised breakdown has been published, and we would rather tell you that than guess at a number that would read as authoritative. The Supplement Facts panel on the bottle is the source, and it is the only one.
The second is whether HoneyFil is suitable alongside something a doctor has prescribed you. That is a question for the person who wrote the prescription and who knows your history. Nobody reading email on this side of a website is in a position to answer it, and anyone who tries should be ignored.
